The Duke of Sussex, Harry and his nephew, Prince Louis have already started to share a strong and sweet bond. And so, Harry went all-out for Louis.

Whatever may be the reason, all we know is the gift Prince Harry bought was a sweet and simple one.

The royal family was gathered to celebrate Prince Louis’s christening on Monday, and Uncle Harry bought little Louis the perfect gift for the occasion.

According to some special reports, the Duke of Sussex, Harry purchased a first edition of A.A Milne’s classic book, ‘Winnie-The-Pooh’, for his youngest nephew.

Although, it was just a book, but it’s cost was pretty high.

Prince Harry reportedly spent around £8,000 on the book. This sweet gift was inspired by Harry’s childhood memories. A royal source told The Royal UK that:-

“One of Prince Harry’s happiest childhood memories was being read a bedtime story by his mother. She loved all the old classics and Harry had the brilliant idea of starting a little library of first editions for Louis, Charlotte and George to enjoy as they get older”.

But, this was not what he decided to give at first.

Originally, Harry wanted to buy ‘Through The Looking Glass’ for Louis, which was on sale for £24,000. But, he decided on A.A. Milne’s timeless story instead.

The Duke of Sussex attended his nephew’s christening along with the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan. The newlywed royal couple have had a busy summer so far. Last week, the royal couple appeared at a Commonwealth Youth Challenge Reception in London.
