So what is the exercise class that gets Meghan’s heart pumping? It’s the Heartcore class by London-based fitness studio Heartcore. Heartcore is a unique workout method that combines elements of pilates, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and functional strength training. Developed by Jess Schuring, a renowned fitness expert, Heartcore focuses on strengthening the core muscles while improving overall body strength and flexibility. It offers a holistic approach to fitness, enhancing not only physical health but also mental well-being.

One of the main reasons why Meghan Markle gravitates towards the Heartcore workout is its efficiency.
