Meghan Markle Queen Elizabeth

Meghan Markle did something for the Queen that Kate failed to do in her initial few months.

Within a few weeks after her marriage, Meghan Markle impressed the most important person in the family; the Queen herself.

The Duchess of Sussex was learning from the best (the Queen) in the initial few weeks.

Meghan Markle was learning the royal ropes from the ultimate expert: Queen Elizabeth. All this was before things went astray and the couple decided to give up their royal title in early 2020. Currently, the couple is living in the United States.

A royal source told The Royal UK“Queen Elizabeth met the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan (before the marriage) on more than a few occasions, privately and publicly. It’s been a fantastic opportunity for her to get to know more about her and where her passions lie”.

After the marriage, Meghan Markle attended her first solo royal engagement along with the then 94-year-old reigning monarch. There, they opened the Mersey Gateway Bridge at Catalyst Science Discovery Centre in Chesire.

The source back then added: “So far, the Meghan Markle has impressed her grandmother-in-law. Meghan quickly demonstrated that she is intelligent, polite and keen to learn”.

Meghan Markle’s enthusiasm for living a life of service and humanitarianism excites Queen Elizabeth. And, it’s just the type of vim and vigour she likes to see in someone”. It was not just Meghan who impressed the Queen. The 96-year-old reigning monarch also impressed her granddaughter-in-law, Meghan Markle.

The Queen has a brilliant sense of humour. Our guess is, that’s one of the first things that brought her and Meghan very close. It’s that warm side of our Queen Elizabeth that has made the Duchess of Sussex feel so at ease, initially.

As royal fans, we just hope that normalcy is restored and things get back to normal for the family, ASAP.
