Prince William and Kate Middleton are, obviously, one of the most talked-about couples in the world. Just like other members of the royal family, they also attend a lot of official engagements. The royal photographers are almost always ready with their cameras to capture the beautiful picture of the lovely couple at these events as well as when they’re out and about.
There’s no escaping the paparazzi and reasonably, they might get a bit tired of having a camera thrust in front of them all the time. Hence, it comes as no surprise that they have formulated a special way of dealing with it. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Duchess Catherine in particular, having a specific coping mechanism.

It’s hardly surprising therefore that the two are often a target for photographers, and even less surprising that they have their own ways of avoiding the paps. According to a royal correspondent, Kate and Wills are very private and are known for the hilarious ways in which they make photographers’ jobs harder.

Now, you all will ask how? By preventing them from getting the perfect photograph.
The duo naturally avoids looking directly at the camera, fixing their eyes anywhere other than the lens. To be very fair, you could see how this might work especially when they’re always in a rush. Yes, really. Apparently, Kate and William purposely do this sometimes to make it difficult for photographers to capture a good quality photo of them.

The royal insider even went so far as to describe how the younger royals like George, Charlotte and Louis like acting as “control freaks” when it comes to camera and media coverage.
Not to mention, Princess Charlotte and her adorable courtesies and hand waving is any photographer’s dream.
