Royal baby news: Does the Queen’s visit to Meghan Markle mean she has given birth?

Meghan

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been visited by the Queen leading some to suggest that the couple has already welcomed a new royal baby.

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan is due any time now. And we don’t know much about it until a few days after she’s given birth.

As a result, there are a lot of royal fans watching out for any signs or clues that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have welcomed their first child. The biggest tease came in the form of Her Majesty who recently visited the couple at their home, Frogmore Cottage.

However, it is not believed that she was visiting her eighth great-grandchild.

Instead, our royal sources have told us that she was simply welcoming them to their new home. The source told The Royal UK: “Queen Elizabeth wanted to formally welcome the Sussex’s to their new home. So she was their first guest. After all, they’ve practically moved into her back garden”.

“The Queen visited with other family members and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan were delighted to show them around. Queen Elizabeth was at Windsor Castle at Easter and wanted to see Meghan before she has the baby”.

Kensington Palace said that the parents-to-be, Meghan and Harry would keep the arrival of the new royal baby private.

Keeping the plans of their new child private, means that there would be no pictures in front of the Lindo Wing. A similar scenario to that, when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate posed every time with their three royal kids after their birth. So, as far as we know at the time of writing, there’s no royal baby news just yet.
