Prince Charles has framed a picture of himself walking Meghan Markle down the aisle at the royal wedding.
“It shows how much the moment meant to Prince Charles.”
Royal correspondent Rebecca English of The Daily Mail tweeted that there’s a framed black-and-white photo of the moment on display in a public area of Clarence House. It is Prince Charles’ official residence. “It was very touching – and shows how much the moment meant to him,” she wrote. Although Rebecca did not share any photo/image to support the statement, you can see the picture of them below.
At Clarence House today I spotted a framed black and white photograph (in the public area) of the Prince of Wales walking his soon to be daughter-in-law, Meghan Markle, towards the altar at St George’s Chapel. It was very touching – and shows how much the moment meant to him.

Most royal fans may recollect that the Prince of Wales accompanied Meghan Markle to the altar at St. George’s Chapel during her royal wedding to Prince Harry in the month of May 2018. Meghan’s own father, Thomas Markle, was originally slated to attend the wedding but decided to pull out at the last minute due to heart surgery.
Although Meghan Markle addressed her father’s sudden withdrawal from her wedding with a classy public announcement, she and Prince Harry were reportedly “reduced to tears” over the incident, The Telegraph reports.

Nevertheless, Prince Charles was very happy to oblige when Prince Harry asked him to step in. In the documentary, Prince, Son and Heir: Charles at 70, Harry spoke about those last few days just before the wedding and he further talked about his dad’s reaction when he asked him to accompany Meghan.

He said: “I asked him to and I think he knew it was coming and he immediately said, ‘Yes, of course, I’ll do whatever Meghan needs and I’m here to support you.’ “For him, that’s a fantastic opportunity to step up and be that support, and you know he’s our father so of course, he’s gonna be there for us.”
A very huge number of official portraits were released after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding, including pictures of the bride and groom, their families, and their adorable bridal party.
