The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan reveals that she misses Suits.


Since Meghan Markle got married into the royal family, a lot of things have changed for her. Hence, it is obvious that she misses her old life as an actor. 

The relaxed royal was speaking to fans during her royal tour of Ireland.

Suits fans were devastated to see their beloved leads, Rachel and Mike leave the show after walking down the aisle and off into the sunset. And now, the Duchess of Sussex has admitted that she’s sorely missing the hit legal series too.

Harry and Meghan have been on an official tour of Ireland this week. 

During this royal tour, Meghan Markle spoke with some members of the public, including one very big Suits fan. 

Recalling her conversation with the 36-year-old royal, Fiona Moore told: “I’m a fan of Suits and I said to Meghan that I miss it and she said, ‘so do I’. She seemed very relaxed and was joking and laughing”.

Meghan Markle’s paralegal character was written out of the show following her engagement to Prince Harry.

Like art imitating life, Rachel married her long-term love Mike Ross, played by Patrick J. Adams, in season 7’s emotional finale. The Duchess of Sussex had previously revealed that she would be quitting her acting career to focus on charity work and philanthropy with Harry.

During the royal couple’s first joint interview after their engagement, which aired on the BBC back in November, Meghan explained:-

“What’s been really exciting, as we talk about this as the transition out of my career is that the causes that have been very important to me”.

“You realise that as you have access, or a voice that people are willing to listen to, it actually comes with a lot of responsibility, which I take very seriously”.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan embarked on a two-day royal tour of Ireland on Tuesday. It was their first official royal trip as a married couple.
