Meghan Markle shows us how to do sports in heels.

Meghan followed in Kate’s footsteps and schooled us on how to play sports in heels. The Duchess wasn’t phased by her footwear on the netball court.

The Duchess of Sussex has a lot of talents.

Meghan showed one of her talents just recently. She showed off her sporting skills in a pair of towering high heels like a true Duchess as she and Prince Harry attended the Coach Core Awards held at Loughborough University.

It was quite an easy task for the new royal bride.

The picture shows the Duchess of Sussex effortlessly spinning around in heels and passing the ball to apprentices. Also, we’re guessing that Meghan may have been a demon on the netball pitch back in the day.

Meghan is following in the footsteps of Kate Middleton. As Kate is the one who is renowned for her sporting prowess, even in wedge sandals or heeled boots and a pencil skirt.

The Duchess of Cambridge too has shown us some of her sporting skills.

In 2012, Kate Middleton gave members of St Andrew’s school’s hockey team a run for their money in heeled boots and a dress as she visited the school in Pangbourne, Berkshire.

Back in 2014, Kate played cricket like a pro in court heels and a red peplum suit during her tour on New Zealand with Prince William. And in 2016, she played cricket and completed an obstacle course with a football in wedge sandals.

Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan were meeting with honourees from Coach Core.

Coach Core is a program that trains young people to become coaches and encourages the next generation of athletes. The apprenticeship programme helps young people who are not in education, employment or training to build a career.
