The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan has inspired her husband, Harry to change his ways and put his old ‘party boy’ lifestyle behind him.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting their first child in the spring. But, they are making a series of changes ahead of the birth.
Prince Harry has especially made some drastic changes to his lifestyle. And it’s particularly in respect to his health. It has been claimed that Meghan is a demanding and Harry is aiming to drop some of his bad habits behind. Whatever it is and however it is done, it seems to be working.
Duncan Larcombe, a veteran royal reporter said:-
“As an actress, Meghan Markle expects perfection. But when you’re in the royal family, you have to learn that it’s not only about you. It’s about what you represent”. A strong royal tradition, Harry recently skipped a hunt last November and he also missing the family’s annual Boxing Day pheasant shoot.

According to the Daily Mail, Prince Harry gave up the sport in order to keep in line with Meghan’s staunch vegan lifestyle. In addition to his eating habits, the Duke has also cut down his smoking and drinking. He gave up alcohol when Meghan became pregnant.

“Considering he’s been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it’s quite an achievement. Now, his new regime doesn’t make him the most entertaining party guest in the world. But, he’s definitely more chilled and relaxed. The new Duchess has inspired her husband to ‘bin his favourite calorific habits;”.
Finally, in the Duchess of Sussex’s last step to curtail some of Harry’s unhealthier habits, she has stopped him drinking caffeine. Although, according to some reports, Kensington Palace is yet to confirm this, royal insiders have said the that the Duke has given up tea and coffee.
