The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan are not revealing plans for the arrival of Baby Sussex, Kensington Palace has said.
Meghan is due to give birth any day now. But, the royal couple have made the ‘personal decision’ not to share details about the new member.
It is, until they have had time to “celebrate privately”. Their household said in a statement: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they have received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby”.
They also added, saying:-
“Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision. It is to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone. Only once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family”.

Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey, where Prince Edward’s wife, Sophie gave birth to her children, has also been suggested. As it is close to Meghan and Harry’s new house. And Princess Diana’s former butler, Paul Burrell predicted Meghan would opt for a US-owned hospital. That may include The Portland.
Meghan is thought to have ruled out following in the footsteps of sister-in-law, Kate by giving birth at the Lindo Wing over privacy fears. The Duchess of Cambridge famously posed on the steps outside the exclusive maternity unit with all three of her newborns.
In another break from royal tradition, mother-to-be is said to have snubbed Her Majesty’s expert doctors. As she does not want “the men in suits” in charge of the birth. She has instead appointed an “unnamed female doctor” to lead her delivery team.
