Well, the next royal baby was always going to have a bit of a different upbringing to his or her cousins.
Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s first baby will be gender fluid. As, it’s reported that the couple are going to raise their child as gender fluid only.
Royal correspondent, Kate Nicholl has said that the couple doesn’t want the baby to be subjected to any kind of stereotypes. A source told Vanity Fair: “Meghan has been talking to some of her friends about the birth. Not only this, but she has also discussed on how they are going to raise their baby”.
According to some reports, her exact word was fluid.
“She said that they plan to raise their child with a fluid approach to gender. So, they won’t be imposing any stereotypes”.

Piers Morgan, who was previously friends with Meghan Markle said last month that the baby would be a ‘gender fluid vegan’. Adding fuel to the fire, Mr Morgan also said that Meghan Markle will want to be known by the gender-neutral title of ‘co-parent’ rather than ‘mother’.
It was previously reported that Harry and Meghan are designing a neutral nursery at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. They are opting for grey and white colours as opposed to a traditional pink or blue. The news comes after hints about the baby’s gender broke in the media in the past week.
However, there have been many speculations about the gender of the baby.
Images from the Duchess of Sussex’s baby shower showed pastel pink treats being served. It suggested that the baby was a girl. But contrasting reports stated that Meghan Markle told her friends at the shower that she was having a boy.
Raising children as gender neutral has become something of a trend in Hollywood these days. Most recently, Kate Hudson revealed that she was taking a “gender-less approach” to bring up her daughter.
