Meghan and Harry set to ABANDON new family home after just one year.

The soon-to-be royal parents, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to move out of their luxury Cotswolds pad within a matter of few weeks.

So, what do you all think, should they move out?

The former farmhouse, which is valued at an estimated £2.5 million in the stunning Oxfordshire countryside, was meant to be leased to the royal couple for two years. The lease started following their wedding last year.

The farmhouse is located in the hamlet of Chipping Norton. This luxury retreat has given the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan the chance to escape the pressures of their royal life at Kensington Palace. There, they live in a two-bedroom Nottingham Cottage.

Things have changed a lot in just a year.

Earlier, it was expected that the couple would keep the house after moving to Frogmore Cottage on Her Majesty’s Windsor estate this spring. It was after Meghan Markle’s pregnancy was announced. However, Harry and Meghan are cutting their lease short, according to the Daily Mail.

Sources have suggested that the sudden move is down to financial difficulties. Those financial difficulties have arisen due to the upkeep of both houses. It is rumoured that the building works alone at Frogmore are expected to cost up to £3 million. Although, the renovations will be covered by the royal funds, the couple are now having to foot the bill for all the fixtures and fittings themselves.

Well, this is not it.

Another source has suggested that the money alone, is not an issue for the royal couple. But, the security aspect is the real reason for the sudden move. The isolated yet extravagant home is near the increasingly popular Soho Farmhouse. It’s one of those places, where many of the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan’s friends socialise.

It is owned by multi-millionaire, Etonian Nicholas Johnston. That gorgeous abode lies just eight miles north-east of Chipping Norton, in the heart of the authentic British countryside. Just over a decade ago, the 18th century farmhouse was practically a ruin. All it had was decaying buildings and a burnt out farmhouse.
