Harry and Meghan leaving Kensington Palace amid tension with William and Kate?

Kensington Palace

Reports suggest that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan will be leaving Nottingham Cottage in 2019 have been confirmed by Kensington Palace.

It was initially believed that they would move into an apartment next door to William and Kate in Kensington Palace.

However, it’s now been confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will actually be moving into Frogmore Cottage at Windsor Castle.

It has been finally confirmed by Kensington Palace.

In an official statement shared by the Palace, they revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are moving out of Nottingham Cottage in Kensington Palace in the new year.

The royal ‘Fab Four’ will be no more. Harry and Meghan are, of course, expecting their first baby in Spring 2019. And likely want to get settled for their new arrival.

Per Kensington Palace’s official statement:-

“Windsor is a very special place for Their Royal Highnesses. And so, they are grateful that their official residence will be on the estate. The Duke and Duchess’s official office will continue to be based at Kensington Palace”.

It was a royal commentator, Emily Andrews, who broke the news, revealing that Her Majesty has given them Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. It’s within the private Home Park and faces the beautiful grounds of Frogmore House.

The brothers are going to separate now.

It’s also where they had their private evening wedding party & where their gorgeous engagement pictures were shot. It was also reported that the 20-room apartment 1 at Kensington Palace, will become available next year.

This will be because the Duke & Duchess of Gloucester will be moving out to a smaller part of KP. But the new royal couple has chosen not to move there. With families of their own, it’s understandable that the royal brothers would want to define their own roles within the royal family.
