According to the rituals Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were to be given gifts on their wedding. But some traditions can be moulded, can’t they?
On her wedding, Meghan Markle gave out some gifts to her loved ones.
As we all know, normally, the bride is the one receiving gifts on her wedding day. But, this time the roles were reversed. Meghan Markle opted to give her new sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, a little something special to celebrate the occasion. You guys must be wondering what it is?
Well, we will not keep you waiting and so we have an answer for you. Meghan reportedly gave the Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine, the aptly named Kensington Bracelet by Zofia Day Co. It is a yellow gold piece. It was created especially for the new bride, who approved the design.

But now, they are also available for the public to buy on the Zofia Day website for $500.
According to PEOPLE, Meghan gifted her six best friends – with a Zofia Day bracelet that she designed herself.

While talking to Lisette Polny, the owner of Zofia Day, she said:
“It’s an overwhelming honour to be part of history. And also, for my pieces to be given as a keepsake for this momentous occasion. In addition to the bracelets, Polny created bespoke necklaces for the Duchess of Sussex’s good friend, Benita Litt’s daughters. They were bridesmaids in the ceremony.
Polny added: “I have always wanted to create a petite line. And, my daughter loves to wear my designs. So, I decided to make something out of the box for the girls for their special day”.

This isn’t the only gift Meghan Markle gave to her friends on her wedding day.
British milliner, Stephen Jones also created hats for the bride’s closest friends. Mr Jones said: “I am particularly delighted to have hatted Meghan’s mother, Doria in her mint beret. And, the fashioned fantasies for her closest friends, highlighting their beauty and individuality”.
