One thing that we already know is that Queen Elizabeth enjoys a daily cocktail and stays away from potatoes.

But the news is that there’s another ingredient she despises so much that it’s not even allowed in the Buckingham Palace kitchen. That secret ingredient is “garlic”.

The former royal chef, Darren McGrady said: “We are never allowed to serve anything with garlic or too many onions. We also can not serve meat that is rare, as Queen Elizabeth liked her meat more well done”.

John Higgins, another former Royal chef who once cooked for Her Majesty said:

“The Queen of Great Britain is indeed a wonderful lady. The British Royal Family is indeed wonderful people. But they’re missing out on garlic. This is because, at Buckingham Palace, you just can’t cook with garlic. I suppose, in case you get the royal burp”.

Queen Elizabeth really like cakes.

“You can send strawberries every day to The Queen of Great Britain during summer at Balmoral and Her Majesty will never say a word”. If we try including the strawberries on the menu in the month of January, there is no doubt that she’ll scrub out the line. Then The Queen would say, don’t dare send me genetically modified strawberries. She absolutely and indeed does eat seasonally”.

Well, Queen Elizabeth also has a sweet tooth. The Queen of England is also a big fan of chocolate biscuit cake. To conclude, The Queen is indeed like a pretty healthy eater. Probably this is why Her Majesty still looks fantastic even at the age of 91.
