Well, its not their real anniversary. But, its the anniversary of their engagement. And, its a significant milestone for the royal couple.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate announced that they were getting married on this day in 2010. And after quite a research all around, we have unearthed their engagement interview.
The couple sat down with ITV’s, Tom Bradby, with whom William is close, on the day they made the news public to chat about how it all came about.
It was their first ever interview together.
They revealed that Prince William got down on one knee with his mother, Diana’s engagement ring while they were on holiday in Kenya. They also revealed that they’d been discussing marriage for quite a while.
The bond the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge share, is quite special.
The sweet royal couple, in their interview, also revealed that it was far from love at first sight for them. Kate Middleton also admitted that she went bright red when they were first introduced.
In the interview, it was also revealed that they were friends for about a year. They bonded over their sense of humour before getting together, William explained.

Adorably, the pair skirted over the question of having kids.
About this topic of having kids, William said they’d take things one step at a time. But, that they did want a family down the line. Fast forward seven years later and they’re parents to 3 kids now with George, Charlotte and Louis.
We’re so used to seeing Prince William and Kate as parent-goals that it’s lovely to watch them as two young lovebirds.
