Prince Charles shared a heartwarming moment with Prince Louis, as an exclusive BBC documentary revealed a more kind side of the heir to the throne.
Charles’ affection for his grandchildren has always shown a bright side of him.
A doting Prince Charles, whose birthday falls on November 14, was filmed gazing adoringly at William and Kate’s youngest child, Prince Louis in the garden of Clarence House.
Louis, who was being held in his mother’s arms, was all giggles as his grandfather playfully clutched both his little hands.
It was a cute click.
Kate was wearing a blue and white polka dot dress. She was beaming at her son and father-in-law in the touching shot. This cute moment was just one of the many intimate events filmed by the crew of film-maker John Bridcut.
Speaking about what Charles usually does with his grandchildren, she said:-
“He will get down on his knees and crawl about with them for hours. He reads Harry Potter and he can do all the different voices. I think children really appreciate that”.
When William was asked if his father has enough time to be a grandfather, he said: “I think he does have time for it. But, I would like him to have more time with the children”.
William then added:-
“He has now reached his 70th year. And it’s a perfect time to consolidate a little bit cause as most families would do. He is the fittest man I know. But, equally I want him to be fit until he’s 95”.
