Michelle Obama is one of those women, who herself has been through a lot. She has worked hard with her husband to be where they are today.
It has been quite a journey for the former American First Lady.
And now, Michelle Obama is back in the spotlight. However, this time, it’s for one her own reasons. It’s following the release of her autobiographical memoir, ‘Becoming’.
In her memoir, she is seen giving out some advice.
Her experience has given her a lot of understanding these past years. And now, she has shared some advice for another woman who is frequently out in the public eye. Its none other than, Meghan Markle.
Michelle recently gave an interview for the January issue of Good Housekeeping. In her interview, the former first lady explained that she would encourage the new royal bride, Meghan to take some time to adjust to her new role.
She wants her to do it before she tackles any more challenging projects.
Michelle was noted saying:-
“Like me, Meghan probably never dreamt that she’d have a life like this. And the pressure you feel, from yourself and from others, it can sometimes feel like a lot”.
“So my biggest advice for her would be to take some time and don’t be in a hurry to do anything. I spent the first few months in the White House mainly worrying about my daughters”.

“I was basically making sure they were off to a good start at school and making new friends before I launched into any more ambitious work. Honestly, I think it’s okay and it’s good to do that”.
Well, we think the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan should take the advice. Maybe this will work in her best interest.
